Choose the Badge Type

Soft Enamel Badge

A classic metal badge made with recessed enamel colors and raised metal lines. The surface has a textured feel with visible outlines, giving the badge a traditional and dimensional look. Ideal for logos, symbols, and designs with clear color blocks.

Hard Enamel Badge

Filled and polished to create a smooth, flat surface with a premium finish. Colors are highly durable and resistant to wear, making this option suitable for high-end branding or long-term use.

Printed Badge

Artwork is printed directly onto a metal base, allowing for unlimited colors, gradients, and photo-style details. An optional epoxy coating can be added for extra protection and a glossy finish.

Die-Cast Badge

Produced using a custom mold to create bold shapes and strong 3D details. Best for badges with sculpted elements, thick metal, or unique contours.

Choose the Material

The material affects the weight, durability, and overall appearance of your badge. We mainly offer metal badge options as below:

Zinc Alloy
The most popular choice for custom metal badges. Ideal for die-cast badges with complex shapes, strong 3D details, and various plating finishes.

Iron
A cost-effective option suitable for simple stamped badge designs with basic embossed details.

Brass / Copper
Provides a premium metal feel and is often used for high-end or commemorative badges.

Aluminum
Lightweight and suitable for flat or printed badge designs where reduced weight is required.

Stainless Steel
Used for specific designs requiring durability and a clean, industrial appearance.

Optional Plating Finish

Plating determines the metal color and surface appearance of your badge.
This step applies to metal badges that require a plated finish.

Optional Coloring Method

Coloring determines how colors are applied to your badge design.
This step is optional and depends on your badge type and artwork.

Available coloring methods

  • Hard Enamel
Polished flat surface with a smooth, premium finish.

Coloring options may vary depending on badge material and production method.
