Ready-to-Ship Products

We accept returns for ready-to-ship products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-quality related returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Quality issues or incorrect items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
We will offer a replacement or refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Customized or Personalized Products

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a quality issue.

Before shipment, we provide photos or videos for customer approval. Orders will only be shipped after confirmation.

Quality issues refer to manufacturing defects or products that do not match the approved design.

If there is a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as a remake, partial refund, or store credit.
